My professional experience spans Alfa-Bank, BCS and Sber. I have worked on communication platforms, credit services, a chatbot and a virtual assistant. My responsibilities have included architecture coordination, investment cases, teams, releases and service reliability.
Applied AI is another part of that work: from architecture and management in the Umka meeting assistant team to development, pilots and trial operation in banking.
