The team was developing the bank's virtual assistant and chatbot. The work included releasing changes, moving from a monolithic architecture to microservices and migrating consumers away from legacy services.
As Delivery Lead, I led release work for a distributed team in Moscow and Omsk. I coordinated architecture updates and the approval of decisions with the enterprise architecture and economic security functions.
- Established a release process with progressive rollout, feature toggles, health checks and error alerts.
- Organised regular error analysis and more than 40 backend releases in two months.
- Organised three service consumer migrations and the retirement of two major legacy services.
- Contributed to moving the chatbot from a monolith to microservices and into the virtual-assistant platform.
